Late 16th c. English Waistcoat, done in a lightly fulled wool flannel with silk lining. Partially machine sewn, with hand-sewn finishing. Self drafted pattern based off of The Tudor Tailor.

The article about the 16th century woolen waistcoat is really fascinating because it shows how clothing back then was not just fashion but also warmth and daily survival. I remember reading something similar while trying to balance school projects and history notes at the same time, and I got totally behind on deadlines. That week I ended up using compTIA exam taking service just to keep my academic stress under control while I caught up on everything else. It really made me realize how even old fashion stories can connect to modern pressure, where managing time matters just as much as the work itself.
