I constructed this charming little 1930's dress for Julia’s Act III dress in ‘Fallen Angels’. The designer chose a wonderful sheer polka-dotted chiffon, which looks wonderful on stage. Out of all of the ‘Fallen Angels’ outfits, I think this one is my favorite!
